Bob Friedenthal
Chairman, President and Founder
Bob Friedenthal is a true entrepreneur at heart. Having earned his BS from the USC School of Business in 1975, Bob entered the business world where he sharpened his management skills with big corporate America, including Chief Accountant for Transamerica Corporation and as a Director at Max Factor. Many of his management projects involved interfacing between accounting and IT, developing software tools to improve efficiencies. Bob first entered the computer industry as CFO for CCG a successful computer integrator. In 1981, Bob started Mini Micro Computer. He built his first web site in 1996. Search Engine Optimization wasn't even a term that had been invented yet . In 1996, Net Generations Design was born out of the needs of customers. In 1998, 411web was created to help drive even more visitors to our customer's web sites. "Our rapid growth is simply a result of meeting customer's needs."

Bob Foster
Board Member, Executive Director The Anderson School at UCLA
Bob Foster is a Professor at UCLA Anderson School of Business where he heads up the Interactive Marketing Department. He is also the Executive Director of the Center for Management in the Information Economy at the Anderson School at UCLA. Bob was previously the President of Tomas Brothers Maps and a VP of marketing with Xerox.
Brian Bilnoski
Board Member, Partner Crossbow Ventures
Brian Bilnoski joined Crossbow Ventures in 2007. Prior to joining Crossbow, Brian worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Duke Energy Corporation in Charlotte, NC. Before his time at Duke Energy, Brian was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Houston, TX office of Merrill Lynch & Co. Brian also has experience working as a software engineer for Nortel Networks and in the finance department of Spectrapoint Wireless.
Brian earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
Charles Dargan
Board Member, Partner CFO 911 Solutions, CFO Semotus Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Dargan brings many years of experience in accounting, investment banking and corporate finance. His background includes public accounting with Price Waterhouse, corporate finance with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, Inc. and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Dargan holds an undergrad degree from Dartmouth, an MBA and MS from the University of Southern California. Dargan received his CPA certificate in 1980 and a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1998.
Jeff Lapin
Board Member
Mr. Lapin is an experienced interactive entertainment industry executive and was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Prior to that he was Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of THQ, Inc (NASDAQ: THQI). He was also a member of the Board of Directors for eUniverse, now Intermix Media, Inc. (Amex: MIX)
Before joining THQ, Mr. Lapin was President of House of Blues Hospitality. Prior to that time, Mr. Lapin held several senior management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Lodging Trust (now Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide), a New York Stock Exchange listed company, and its various predecessor companies. Mr. Lapin began his career as an attorney at Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp in Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from Loyola Law School. Mr. Lapin serves as a member of the Boards of several charitable organizations |
